Live at the Armory is thrilled to present our spectacular holiday dinner theater experience featuring a circus adaptation of the popular Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol". The evening will be a feast for the senses, starting with a gourmet, three course meal by Ashland’s popular Loft restaurant (see menu below). Guests will dine while listening to the music of Opus 3 jazz trio and watching a variety of live performers. After dinner, the Wanderlust Circus’ rendition of “A Christmas Carol”—circus style. Acrobats flying, operatic ghosts belting, jugglers tossing, and exuberant dancing of all sorts, all to the music of 3 Leg Torso, on December 13th in the Great Hall of the Historic Ashland Armory.

First Course
Salad of baby spinach, organic greens, port roasted grapes, poached pears, Rogue Creamery Blue Cheese, candied pecans, white balsamic vinaigrette.
Second Main Course (choice of one)
Duck Cassoulet with baked duck leg confit, venison sausage, braised pork belly, flageolet beans, tomato ragu and crispy garlic panko crust.
Pan Roasted Flat Iron Steak with root vegetable dauphinoise, roasted brussel sprouts, foraged mushroom butter and marchand de vin sauce.
Baked Crepes Gateau layered herbed crepes, winter squash, béchamel, braised greens, parsnip apple puree.
Third Course:
Classic Mont Blanc with chestnut meringue, chestnut ice cream and huckleberry coulis
