Legendary Sly and Robbie are coming to the Armory! Sly and Robbie are a prolific Jamaican rhythm section and production duo, associated primarily with the reggae genre. Drummer Sly Dunbar and bassist Robert Shakespeare teamed up in the mid-1970s after establishing themselves separately in Jamaica as professional musicians. Sly and Robbie are estimated to have played on or produced 200,000 recordings, many of them on their own label, Taxi Records.

Frankie Hernandez is a soul, funk,latin, reggae singer-songwriter committed to the empowerment and elevation of the human spirit and condition through music. Be it through the gyration of hip-pounding dance grooves, sweet reflective ballads, or a goofy, silly song, the music is intended to bring ecstasy, joy, laughter, tears, stimulating thought, and improved self-esteem.
His music has been featured on MTV's hit show "The Real World", TLC's "LA Ink", and ABC's "666 ParkPlace" as well as public and commercial radio from the West Coast to Austin, TX. He has shared the stage and recorded with Ziggy Marley, Michael Franti, Seal, Outlawz, and Rod Stewart to name a few.–
